Week 1:

30-minute walk – I have been making a conscientious effort to do more walking in my daily life and so from this week onwards, every week I will walk at least 30 minutes to different bus stops around my area to improve my healthy living. I hope to continue this moving forward.

Week 2:

30-minute walk – Walking to different bus stops around my area

Week 3:

30-minute walk – Walking to different bus stops around my area

Week 4:

30-minute walk – Walking to different bus stops around my area

This month, as a whole I have been doing less to rest my body from Bhutan and to also allow myself more time to study for the grade 9 exams that occurred this month.
