Hi, this is my first post (yay!)
This question here, what emoji would I invent, is the prompt I chose. The history of how emoji were invented is pretty intriguing (after reading from Here), and I was glad to find out that they originated in Japan, my home country. I can also understand how they came to be – I read a few mangas, aka comics, and looking back at the older comics that my dad used to read as a kid, I can see the resemblance with the emojis.
I chose this prompt as in day to day online conversations, I am definitely the type to use them regularly.
The emoji I would invent would probably have to be an eye-brow wiggling one, representing a kind of sarcastic, and joking type of feel. Whenever I talk to my friends online, I like to joke around but sometimes they might receive what I said in a more serious way, so I guess using an emoji would be much easier with fewer complications.

I really like how you put a fact about your topic and then you followed up with your experience with using emojis. I also like the way you chose to format your blog. You separated different topics into paragraphs which I find really organised.
After reading your blog, I have learnt where emojis are originated from and this really surprised me. For me, I also use emojis as well whenever I’m talking to my friends because when we’re talking about something serious, things might get way too intense so using one or two emojis might be a way to release the tension.

I like how relaxed your post was and also the whole set up of your site. One addition you could make was saying more on the article and informing us a little more. I also agree with you about how creating a emoji that is able to be used in conversations to ease the tension.
