According to the information from the official website of our school, “CAS is one of the three core elements of the IB Diploma, together with TOK and the Extended Essay. It stands for Creativity, Activity, and Service. It must be successfully completed within the duration of the two-year course.” Apparently, CAS is compulsory which sounds horrible, but in fact, if you face it with a good attitude, it can be quite interesting. I have chosen many activities and services and I hope I can be chosen to attend most of them, I believe they can help me find my strengths and improve my weaknesses. In my opinion, a good CAS program consists of experiences that should be both challenging and enjoyable, our CAS experiences can be profound and life-changing.
